Bye Laws of the Club
CHILDREN
- A member may bring their partner in to the club.
- Band members may bring a guest into the club, subject to any age restrictions for the event.
- No guests on Members only evenings.
- During the hours of the club being open to Members - No Dogs (except support Dogs) or other animals will be allowed in the Club.
- After being served at the bar, Members are requested to leave the serving area.
- No smoking or vaping inside the club, including toilets.
- Membership cards are your personal property - any member sharing their card with anyone else, particularly at the bar, may have their card removed and be asked to appear in front of the committee at their next meeting.
- Staff may become members of the club, however will not have voting rights at an AGM, nor may they apply to join the Managing Committee.
- All members should respect the Staff and Managing Committee volunteers. Rudeness and disrespect will not be tolerated.
CHILDREN
- Members children are allowed in the club with their parents or a Member.
- Children must be kept under parental control at all times in the club. Parents of unruly children will be asked to leave the premises.
- No children to be served at the bar.
- Children may not use any gambling machines, nor purchase any raffle / bingo tickets for money prizes.
